Paul Standifer was a talented young artist who was deeply committed to filmmaking and the creative process. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree from the department of Radio-Television-Film. During his brief career he established a particular interest in film production and cinematography. He demonstrated his commitment to the collaborative nature of his art form by supporting his fellow film students through encouraging words and deeds.
This foundation was created to celebrate his legacy and to encourage the continuation of his ideals by assisting other emerging film students in realizing and achieving their educational and career goals with the support of award and scholarship funds.
